I want to offer my students choice to empower a growth mindset. It is my goal to have my classroom set up with flexible seating where students are self motivated to learn and take the initiative to further their education. I run my class by standards based grading while utilizing data notebooks to keep my students focused on their goals and using a flipped classroom to further drive student independence.
