We have implemented a Humanities curriculum into our school this year. In order to build social studies background knowledge, we need access to technology to take my students on digital field trips and explore specific topics. Our school has limited technology and we want to expose our students to as much of the digital world as possible. This allows all of my students to understand and be engaged in the curriculum. Differentiation is a big part of my everyday planning and these Fire tablets will allow all of my students, even the English Language Learners to explore and build engagement around a topic.
