My students will use these guided reading books during small group sessions. These books will each student progress in fluency, reading and written comprehension, as well as vocabulary. It is important to have these materials to meet the academic needs of my students. These leveled books will give each student to have a book in there hand to focus on literature standards. They will focus on text dependent responses. These books will also help my students focus more on reading for understanding. In addition, these leveled text will give me an opportunity to model what it is like to be a fluent reader.

About my class
