Over the years I have used many different strategies to motivate and excite my students. I have chosen wobble stools for this project to allow my second graders opportunities to wiggle and move as much as they need. Students will be thrilled to use these stools while learning. Research shows that student performance increases in a classroom where flexible seating is offered. My students will be able to focus on the most important things going on in the classroom. It allows students more opportunities to be actively engaged, provides an active outlet without disrupting learning, encourages a sense of community, and helps students develop into independent, confident learners!
