These donations will allow my student's to learn one to the most basic vocational skills. The skill of gardening. They can learn how to grow their own herbs, fruits, and vegetables for consumption. After graduation these skills will give them experience for greenhouse, farm, and garden center jobs. Learning how to plant a seed, nurture it through the various stages of development, eventually reaping the reward of your time and effort by having a consumable product. Students will grow vegetables that are appropriate for each season. Lettuce, mustard greens, radish, spinach in the fall. Onions, garlic, peas, or asparagus in the winter. Tomatoes and squash along with various other vegetables in the Spring.
