Movement is a big part in how I teach. My classroom is always dancing and singing. I incorporate centers and small groups in my everyday lessons. My students love moving around and picking out where they want to sit. The big pillows will encourage students to get comfortable while reading, using our iPads, or using the listing center. The numbered carpet squares will allow them to have their own space. They will use these squares to save their spot that they choose while in the bathroom or getting a drink of water. My goal this year is to implement flexible seating in my classroom.
