My classroom is comprised of 25 second grade scholars who come to school each morning with the willingness and capability to learn. The scholars in my classroom come from diverse backgrounds.A quick glimpse around my classroom and one can see the diversity of the room, but when one listens is when the true magic happens. Each scholar has a story and background they bring to the classroom, to help unite the room in a unique way. We work hard to ensure each scholar's story is able to be told in a safe, encouraging environment. My scholars know the true meaning of hard work and perseverance, as they work together and truly become a family in the learning process.
