My classroom is in the heart of the inner city surrounded by poverty stricken neighborhoods. My first graders' enthusiasm towards learning is infectious! I love my job because my students are hardworking, funny, smart, and of course troublesome at times! No one said teaching was easy, but it is so rewarding!
