These materials will give my students an ample opportunity to read and practice their English in varying subjects through the use of games. My students and I focus on four important categories in order to grow their proficiency in English; listening, reading, speaking, and writing. Using these games and activities, students will be able to touch on all of these four vital components. These resources are student geared and will supplement their exposure of social studies, science, and language arts standards that they are accountable for learning in 4th grade. With these amazing materials, my students will get to interact in a meaningful way with their peers while practicing their language proficiency in a variety of subjects. In addition to using these in class, I am planning on creating a check out system for my students to take these games to their homes to play with siblings or parents to encourage and further develop their language skills.
