Watching students learn in a unique way is rewarding to everyone! Many of our students do not have the knowledge or the background to understand that something as simple as cotton candy has a very complex path as it changes from a solid to a liquid then back to solid of different texture. This machine will be used during our "Changes in States of Matter" lesson theme in the STEM classroom. It will provide the students with an opportunity to learn and have a tasty treat at the end of their learning experience. The tiny “home” machine we currently have does not hold up to rigorous usage for the 38 classrooms of 25-30 students. We are in desperate need of a high-performance machine with a heavy duty motor to make the event/theme successful.
