I am a first year teacher and this year I was blessed with 23 kindergartners. Each day they have shown great examples of perseverance and growth mindsets. Despite challenges outside of school, these children never lost their spark for learning; and for that I am forever inspired. Throughout the year, I have seen them grow in many areas, however, the area where learning seemed to happen with the most excitement was during S.T.E.A.M. S.T.E.A.M (Science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics), is a time for students to use their imagination and create whatever their hearts desire. To see their brains work truly allows me to see individuality.
