My students are active learners and need to work out some of their energy while staying focused on lessons. The stand up desks will allow those students, who POP UP during class, a place to stand and continue their work, instead of needing to stand and having to bend over to continue work at their desks. Wobble chairs create an outlet for active students to move while staying focused on learning tasks. To compensate for movement, students may wrap their legs around their chairs or tilt them off the ground, which can cause problems and injuries. The modern classroom is not complete if there are not options available to help our most active learners succeed. As students work to achieve their goals, there are some that just need the ability to move to think more clearly. These items in the classroom will give them the ability to have movement with minimal distractions to others.
