Western High School is the oldest all-female public school in Maryland. Many of my students face daily challenges that are above and beyond what any high school student can be expected to deal with, and they rise to the occasion again and again. These are young ladies who are not afforded the resources and opportunities that their counterparts receive in better-funded districts or in more stable neighborhoods/homes. They deserve these opportunities!

About my class

Western High School is the oldest all-female public school in Maryland.
