This chair will save valuable classroom space and make hands-on learning easier. In science class, we collaborate by working in small groups and space is at a premium. These types of chairs allow movement and make it easier to conduct surveys, experiments, and research without having to move furniture. Traditional classroom chairs and tables must be moved when children work in groups and it wastes valuable instruction time when this goes on. Our goal is to get one group of these chairs in our classroom this school year. Eventually, we would like to have a complete classroom set of them.

About my class
