I teach a preschool classroom with 2 separate classes. One class comes every Monday and Wednesday. The other class comes on Tuesday and Thursday. In these classes, there can be up to 8/12 children with special needs. The other 4 are considered to be typically developing and serve as a model for the others. Some of the special needs include epilepsy, autism, speech and language, and Down syndrome.
