In my 4th grade advanced content class, I teach math, science, and social studies. It is an environment where students engage in critical thinking activities and hands on learning projects. Our school is composed of about 700 students from a very diverse, military, and rural community. Our small town is uniquely situated between two military bases, Hunter Army Airfield and Fort Stewart US Army. Students come into my classroom motivated and eager to learn. I feel very blessed to teach students who have a hunger for learning and are easily motivated and am passionate about making sure students have all the tools necessary to reach their full potential.
