This requested Library Starter Set will provide the children the opportunity to have hands-on experiences while learning that words have meaning. They will be able to explore books and learn to read through looking at the pictures. As they progress they will begin to say, "Look, this is a bird. He is trying to find food." As they develop these skills they will become more aware of their environment. I will be able to have a print rich environment that they will enjoy and learn. They will also be able to use these materials to help them in learning to write as well.

About my class
