My students will benefit from having flexible seating options. Flexible seating offers a fun learning environment. 1st graders are active and energetic learners, and this type of seating promotes that. Flexible seating allows students "wiggle" while they work. I am asking for a variety of exercise balls, mats, and stools to foster a creative learning environment for my first graders. The mats help provide sensory input for students learning. I intend on using these items for several years, therefore, funding this project will help students for years to come. Most importantly, I want my students to feel safe and comfortable!
