Students need microscopes to be able to fully engage in a scientific exploration and inquiry. I am requesting eight Zoomy Digital Microscopes. Students will use these digital microscopes to view up close organisms, such as bugs, caterpillars, leaves, pond water, algae, fungi, and bacteria. Also, students will use the video option to make short clips of their findings and observations which they can present to the class. These clips can then be used to share in presentation form with their classmates. These microscopes can even be used to make shared digital portfolios. Students will have great support to increase their scientific explorations and knowledge! Creating lifelong learners and scientists is a goal of mine. I want to students to be able to explore and investigate the world around them and this tool will be great!
