Hello!! Every Summer break I find myself researching new and effective teaching and learning trends that help youth learn best and keep them engaged. This past school year I found that my students loved activities and assessments linked to art. They are so creative!!! I even found a way to integrate the use of those fidget spinners, we love so much, into our math and science learning. Students do great when they are engaged, have choice, and can take true ownership of their creation. Students at my school do not have access to the many tools and resources that can be utilized. I want my students to have access to many as possible. As my class is very diverse in culture, class,and abilities, I would like my classroom to reflect those diverse possibilities of expression.
