Clippert students and parents will in engage in real-life science applications as students DO science using NGSS supported IQWST units. Students will learn How Can I Make New Stuff from Old Stuff? Students will deepen their chemistry knowledge while learning they can make new stuff (soap) from old stuff (vegetable oil and lye). The safety goggles will be used almost daily throughout this unit, as students will explore engaging hands-on science laboratory experiences that they will eagerly go home and share with their families. As a new member of the Clippert staff and family. I was so surprised parents and students inquired often about regular homework last school year. Homework is important and the printer will assist me in giving students opportunities to engage in authentic learning through science fair projects or monthly projects! Thanks for your support!
