Spanish Immersion is alive in second grade! I teach 28 second graders in a language immersion school. This means that my students are native English speakers who are learning a foreign language by being immersed in the language all day long at school. We conduct our entire day in Spanish, including Math, Language Arts, Science and Social Studies. It is a fascinating program that really works!
