When students have the proper equipment, positive learning environment, and positive leadership, they are able to learn and grow as both individuals and athletes. I am asking for a variety of weight plates and dumbbells for my students to use. The lower in weight dumbbells will allow my female students as well as my inexperienced students the opportunity to work out while building their mental strength and their physical strength as they learn and grow. The higher in weight plates and dumbbells will allow our female and male students/athletes the opportunity to work out while continuing to grow and learn the health component for living a healthy, well balanced life through strength and conditioning.
