All of my students love music. It makes them happy and keeps them moving. They don't even realize that they are exercising and reaching their target heart rate zones. The DVDs have great music, are fun and engaging. One of my students makes me a list of videos he would like me to ask for, from Santa and the Easter Bunny. The videos that I requested are ones from his suggested lists and include Party Off the Pounds, Fitivities, and Dance That Walk. I am also asking for JBL portable speakers and a case. The portable pedal exercisers will allow my students that need to be sitting during the videos, to engage their lower body and enable them to reach their target heart rate zone.
