My students are growing up in a high-poverty area. The school is designated 100% free or reduced lunch. This does not seem to affect their motivation. The students are here to learn and show great effort every day. In my fifth grade classroom the students enjoy working together and sharing their ideas. This is another opportunity for them to display their work and receive positive and productive feedback.
