I teach 4th grade at an elementary school in rural Kansas. In addition to 4th grade, I also meet with daily with my community group students who range in age from preschool to 7th grade, and I am the 7th and 8th grade Scholars Bowl coach. I always strive to create a welcoming, homelike environment to best enable children to focus and learn. My students enjoy the flexible seating in my room, which includes using a variety of tables and seating options.
