The excitement of the light table in our Science Area will entice students with varying learning styles a different way to develop their math and literacy skills. The light tables will provide opportunities to manipulate and change colors and discover what materials are made of. These light tables will help create hands on STEAM themed lessons. While our students explore and manipulate these materials they will be developing their fine motor skills. Our students are living in time where they need to be competent in both technology and science this will peak their interest in both! The light tables will provide endless opportunities for open ended activities to inspire life-long learning.

About my class
