I am teaching a three-year old class starting in the fall, where there once was a combination pre-k class with threes and fours. Threes and fours will be in separate classes. My students are experiencing school for the first time. Through play and dress up, they will be learning about their world in a safe environment. I want to build up my classroom with furniture, centers, and materials that will make learning fun. I want to have materials that will help me get excited about teaching, so that I can pass my excitement on to them. We are starting a class with bare bones, sharing materials with other classes and/or purchasing them with my own funds. With your donation, we will have new dress up clothes for dramatic play--with endless ways to use them in the classroom. The more language and learning opportunities I give my students, the better the educational foundation to a lifetime of learning!
