We have a class wide novel study throughout the school year. My goal is for each student to have a book to hold and read from, in order to participate and feel a part of the class. These novels keep students engaged in learning and communicating with others while either mastering the English language or growing their vocabulary. These literacy groups encourage my students to most often become lifelong readers. In my opinion, the road to success is paved with good books & communication skills. These children are the future of our nation and our world. Help me put books into their hands, please.
