In computer science class, I want the students to be able to experience all subjects through technology. I want them to have the chance to create and invent and explore. I want the students to break the boundaries given to them living in an urban community. My goal is for students to become 21st century learners and thinkers! I want them to have the opportunities to use technology in all facets of their learning, not just isolated to a computer lab. The donation of 3 Makey Makey's would be used for students to work in pairs to create keyboards and touchpads on their own. This would further their understanding of computers and touch pad technology, as well as help them understand how trial and error and the scientific method come into play when inventing.
