At our school, we believe that traditional learning is incredibly important to student success. We provide access to technology as a support or tool to differentiate. It wouldn't be necessary to have a class set of Chromebooks or computers, but having a workstation that can be used throughout the day would benefit my students greatly. Giving students the ability to practice using technology and to use technology to meet their unique needs would be amazing. These Chromebooks will do just that. My students will be able to learn to type, format essays, conduct research, fill in gaps in math and reading instruction, and so much more. A Chromebook workstation would be such an amazing addition to our classroom.
