Having a smart pen to support students to take notes could make all the difference on their ability to understand new concepts and review notes from previous instruction. Students will be able to take notes using the pen and have it appear onto the student's device and convert their handwriting into text. The notes than can be shared out to their peers. In addition, the pen can record audio of instruction to capture the information that the student does not. The audio can be connected to the student's notes. This will transform the way my students are able to write in the classroom. The smart pen can be used in a variety of ways to meet various needs to ensure the success of each individual student. It will help them during note taking, writing assignments, and even short answer questions on assessments.
