Numerous research studies have shown that arts experiences produce positive academic (and social) effects as well as assist in the development of critical academic skills. I have always taught Anatomy and Physiology with this in mind, using hands-on activities that involve modeling, drawing, and dissection. This year is a bit different. All of my students are virtual and do not have the necessary materials at home. Without these materials, students are at risk of missing out on crucial learning opportunities. Staring at the computer all day for these students is very difficult, please help my students receive the materials they need to activate their brains and learn some science!
