My students have the same dreams as every other child. They just do not have the same advantages as many do in this day. Many of them cannot focus during class due to their ADHD, Autism, or anger issues. During the day the bright lighting can often exacerbate their anxiety and need to move. Having relaxed lighting and calming scents in the classroom everyday will provide a more homelike environment t for my students which will assist them in focusing and remaining calm in their areas.
