My students have grown tremendously over the school year but they struggle to find books that interest them, due to our mediocre classroom library. I hope I am able to peak their interest and strengthen their love for reading with a more engaging selection of books! These books would provide more diverse literature to expand their worlds. The books we have are falling apart. They need more exposure to rich and varied texts and this would be just that. Our classroom library is very inviting and we need text that would aide in retaining their interest. Books are the gateway to success!
