Building a classroom library takes YEARS of adding books. I'm a first-year teacher who is starting with a limited number of classroom books for my 4th grade students. I am hoping to build a library, complete with a book recommendation tree and flexible seating so the kids will look forward to getting cozy with a good book and writing recommendations to each other for what to read next. The more options the better! I'm hoping to foster a love of reading that continues to grow with the kids throughout the year.
