Remember what I said about how awesome kindergarten is? I totally meant it! Sometimes however, they just cant sit still! In my class we focus a lot on our writing skills! This is great, but it is so hard to sit in those seats, and still try to pay attention! I don't know if you have heard of "alterative seating," but if you haven't it is when you give the children different ways they can learn instead of the usual sitting in a desk method. Alternative seating is a great way to grab attention from those students who usually have a hard time, and gives them a way of learning that will help them be comfortable and focus. By donating to our classroom, you can guarantee you will be helping all of those willy worm students , who would highly benefit from having these alternative seating methods in our classroom.
