Our campus is located in a low economic community where our students have limited to no access to computers or internet outside our campus. When students walk into my classroom, I want them to feel like they are walking into a state of the art computer science lab they would see in a college setting. My students already have shown an astonishing interest in computer science and programming that I would like to continue fostering those skills and interests. I currently only have 20 desktop where students complete their work. The problem I'm facing is that when they are teamed up to work on a coding program, it is difficult for them to work together on a small screen. I plan to use the 3 tv as an extension to their laptop so that each group member is able to interact and collaborate with the team and be able to learn from each other. This will also assist my students when I'm presenting new materials by following along without having to turn and look at my screen. In addition, the TVs will also allow the students to present their project to the class from a bigger screen other than just their computer screen.
