I believe my students will become more engaged in their lessons. The seating will also be used a reward. By using it as a reward. students will put forth much effort to achieve a specific goal. It may also build self esteem and encourage students to work harder and particpate often during lessons. The seating build confidence and encourage shy students to become more engaging in class. The seating will allow sudents to feel more comfortable during class and less slouching will be involved. The learning outcomes will be more evident. Students will want to learn.
