I want my students to have hands-on material to use during distance learning. We will use the colored counters and pompoms to learn one to one number counting and to learn to make patterns. Jumbo tweezers will be used with the pompom, counters, and other small items to help with small motor development. The pencil grips will help the students hold a pencil correctly, since I won’t be there to help them. Having alphabet flashcards allow us to be able to play matching and memory games while learning letters and sounds. The sheet protectors and Vis-Aid pens as well as the Lapboards kits will allow the students to practice letters, numbers and name writing over and over. Because my students are so young, I wanted the flat trays and folders for them to keep all their supplies in one place. Children learn best when they can touch and do. By donating to my project, you can help my students, have fun, succeed, and stay organized during distance learning at home.
