Having 17, 3-5 year olds for 6.5 hours daily, the children need time to move and be active. The MP3 player and speaker will make be used for the children to have a time to be active and move while learning through the songs, without them skipping like when played on the CD player. Many times with the children jumping and dancing to the music causes the floor to bounce, which then causes the music to skip or the CD's to scratch. Dancing to the music played will provide the children with much needed movement, while also making them become active in their learning. We use songs that provide counting and alphabet skills, body awareness and many other skills.
