The children in my class learn in very diverse ways. The iPad will enhance their learning by helping them learn how to make the shapes of letters. It will also allow the students to learn numbers and counting. My hope is that the technology will bridge the gap between real time learning and learning using the technology in the classroom. The weighted blanket will be used as compression therapy for students who need the sensory need for touch to be met. I will use this as needed with all of my students but especially with my students who have autism.
