We have no way to display our library books other than in bins. The book shelves would give my kids the ability to see several choices at one time and broaden their reading experience. Being able to select a book and sit in a bean bag chair and read quietly in your own little classroom library corner is a nice way to promote reading. Coming together in a group setting promotes social and emotional skills, as well as academic. Having the mobile dry erase board allows us to gather in a more social setting. This will allow me to continue our lessons closer with a more hands-on approach. This board also gives me the ability to have multiple lessons with different groups commencing at the same time. As there is a large differential level of ability in the classroom.
