We want our students to have the opportunity of being exposed to technology they may not be getting at home. This will help them be more successful in Kindergarten and elementary school, where technology plays a big role. These tablets will help with our Special Needs students who may not be able to participate in larger group literacy learning activities in their classroom, but they can learn by working individually on a tablet. Technology can be a pricey item, so it is often overlooked when buying for classrooms, but it can be very beneficial to children's learning and school readiness.

About my class
