I teach seventh grade science in a title I school that serves students from "high-need" communities and has over seventy percent of our students that receive free or reduced lunches. Our school has very little money for science lab supplies. The teachers at our school are very caring and passionate about the subjects they teach. We believe that everyone can succeed and I, as a science teacher, am a firm believer in hands-on activities.
