I want my kids to have more books than they could possible imagine, as many daily supplies as they need to be successful, as many art supplies as they need to get creative and sports equipment to help them get outside and be active and move around. I don't know my students yet, but I already love them and want them to succeed. Having the right tools in my classroom will help me deliver instruction to them that will be effective so that they can grow their minds and expand their thinking together in our classroom next year. My school does not have PE so I want footballs and basketballs to be active with my kids. A great classroom library will help my kids discover literature and a whole new world they never knew existed, so I want more my kids to have more books and choice to help discover literature. I want my kids to have daily supplies so that they can be successful. I want them to be artists and have art supplies necessary to explore art and their creative side. Almost most importantly, in fifth grade, students really get into fractions and having math manipulatives to help them get a deeper understanding of what fractions and are and how they work. By giving them these tools, I am hoping my students will be successful. It will surely be an exciting year! With your help, my students and I will be able to achieve our goals.
