We are requesting a globe, bulletin board paper, borders and accents for our classroom. The materials and supplies that I am requesting for my students will empower their sense of community. Growth Mindset is essential for my students learning. I plan on creating a sense of belonging with the classroom decorations. Additionally, I do not have the social studies materials that I need to help students be successful when they the the state test. Classroom maps, globes, and primary sources will give my small town rural students a chance to explore our state, country, and the world! When my students have a foundation for success they will meet expectations in the classroom and as global citizens that will impact the world generation after generation.
