My students are amazing! This specialized program for children with autism has classrooms of six students, one teacher, and one paraprofessional. All students receive various related services each day, during which social, communication, and motor skills are developed individually or in small groups. My students learn best using a hands on approach with various tactile and visual supports, due to their deficits in receptive and expressive language. New materials are not very easily obtained in their homes or at school. Anything new engages my students and makes them excited about learning!

About my class
