I'm hoping to incorporate a couple of AceLife Stadium Seat Adjustable Recliner Cushions. These recliner cushions are going to be used during independent reading to help create a reading station. The Black Mountain Products Exercise Balance Stability Discs are going to be placed at a small group table to help students focus on the lessons during small group times. I believe based on research that these items will allow my students to be more engaged in the class during whole group lessons and will help them stay focused while also working independently. This seating gives children a different way to deal with energy or even some anxiety that they may be having. "Parents and teachers shouldn't try to keep them still. Let them move while they are doing their work," Julie Schweitzer, director of the UC Davis ADHD Program and the study's senior author said in a news release. Classrooms are adapting to how students work best, and in an effort to provide the best environment for my class to learn, I believe these products can be an invaluable asset. I would like to ensure that my class this year is in the best possible position to succeed with as few obstacles as possible.
