My students are inquisitive, energetic and creative individuals with unique specialized needs, trying to make their mark on society. We would like to create more personal projects next year in the aspects of environmental science to life science. We work in small groups majority of our time and have one-to-one laptops, which provides us the ability to research all the time and use google apps etc. Being in an urban setting, many of our students struggle to have the basic needs in life, school supplies, backpacks, folders, etc. I try my best to engage students in virtual labs, field trips to educational places to learn hands-on, and online virtual trips as well.
